Registration will take place at the Front Desk located on the Ground Floor of Le Louvre des Antiquaires as you enter at 2 Place du Palais Royal.
The Welcome Cocktail Reception and Exhibition, “Les Cannes d’Art Populaire en Europe du XVII au XX Siecle”, will be held in the Exhibition Hall on the First Floor, next to the café at Le Louvre des Antiquaires.
• If you will be arriving after 7pm, the main entrance at 2 Place du Palais Royal will be closed. Please use the door at 151 Rue St.-Honore, Porte Canabas, which is around the corner on the north side of Le Louvre des Antiquaires.

Also, please note if the canes sold or swapped are of exotic materials (ivory, whale, tortoise, etc) and require CITES ( if they are to be sent outside the EU), then each seller is responsible for obtaining the CITES for the buyer as well as mailing the purchases. |

Programming for the Conference concludes at 5:30pm. Dinner is at your leisure. Please consult the website for a selected list of recommended restaurants within a short walking distance from both Le Louvre des Antiquaires and Les Salons du Louvre. Les Pavillons de Bercy is located east of the center of Paris, approximately 20-30 minutes from Le Louvre des Antiquaires by taxi. Complimentary bus transportation has been arranged to Le Louvre des Antiquaires at the end of the event, beginning at 10:30pm, with the last bus leaving the Gala at midnight.

All participants are welcome to attend, in particular those who are interested in supporting and working on the next conference.
